BRIGHT BOOTS COACHING LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

I, the parent or legal guardian grant Bright Boots Coaching LTD my permission to

use the photography/videography of the child I have registered from any session

for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, illustration,

advertising and web content.

Furthermore,

I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to

me by reason of such use.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a Bright Boots Coaching session will be subject to pay 100% of the session fee.

Cancellations made via email to info@brightbootscoaching.com or via phone to 01268 944 121 sooner than 48 hours before a session will be processed with a refund or re-scheduled session.
